Junior Housekeeping & Front Desk Associate

- To maintain and ensure the cleanliness of assigned guestrooms, work areas and trolley are of high standard

- To ensure that the amenities in the room are sufficiently supplied for the convenience and comfort

Offers all possible assistance to guests, perform Service Recovery when necessary

- Familiar with and carries out the policies and procedures established by Hotel YAN and Government's Safety Management Measures

- Answer all incoming calls promptly and pleasantly and ensure that the appropriate connection is made

- Perform all tasks assigned according to established standards and procedures : take messages upon request, handle guests check-in /check-out and calls, maintaining equipment and facilities; report any maintenance problems to engineers on duty

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or the Management 



- Singaporean/PR preferred

- Physical work required

- Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holiday

- Ability to write and communicate in fluent English

- Ability to use organisation's current computer system

- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
