  • Is there any family rooms, connecting rooms or double deck beds? What is the charges for an extra bed?

The hotel does not have any family, connecting rooms or double deck beds. We do not provide any extra bed.


  • Do you have loft room?

Yes, we have limited loft room, subject to availability. Please make your booking according to your preferred room type.


  • How many occupants per room type?

02 pax for all room types, you may add extra bed to selected room type.


  • Do you have wheelchair- accessible rooms?

Yes, we have wheelchair-accessible rooms. Please email at least 2 weeks in advance prior to your approval.


  • Does the Hotel provide free WiFi?

All room charges are inclusive of complimentary WiFi / Broadband access. Limited to 02 device per room.


  • What is the check-in and check-out timing?

Check-in time: After 3pm

Check-out time: By 11am


  • What is the minimum age required for check-in?

The minimum age is 18 years old.


  • Is there any parking at the hotel?

The hotel does not have parking facility. The nearest carpark is located at Jalan Besar Stadium (chargeable).


  • Is the hotel SG Clean certified?

Yes, the hotel is SG Clean certified. The hotel constantly review the cleanliness and hygiene protocol to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members are well taken care.


  • Is the hotel a pet friendly hotel?

Pets are not allowed on hotel premises, including certified service animals.


  • Does the hotel have swimming pool and gym facilities?

 The hotel does not have both swimming pool and gym facilities.


  • Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Guest Rooms and within the Hotel Premises.


  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

The hotel offers luggage storage for guests staying with us. Our team will assist you upon arrival.


  • Can I cook food and do laundry in my room?

Cooking and laundry is not allowed in the room. You can only boil hot water using our kettle provided.


  • Are there computer or printing facilities in the hotel?

We do not provide computers for our guests’ usage. However, for basic printing request, the team will be delighted to assist. Charges may apply.


  • Does the hotel serve breakfast?

No. There are plenty of breakfast options within walking distance from the hotel.

We accept VISA and Mastercard payments in Singapore dollars. Payment in cash can also be done at the hotel as well.

  • What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

For bookings made under and Agoda, please follow the platform’s policy and contact the customer service directly. Bookings made under the brand website will have 24 hours allowance for cancellation. Any cancellation made on the day of arrival will be non-refundable.

Deposit is not required.
